Dear Members,

Sub: Files for updating local database–NEAT/NEATPlus/Non-Neat front end (Capital Market segment)

The Exchange downloads on a daily basis the following files for the members to update their local database (for NEAT/NEATPlus/Non-Neat front end). These files are required to be unzipped and uploaded in their respective trading software by the members on a daily basis as has been reiterated through our daily notice on the trading system.

The Exchange shall hereafter provide the aforesaid files duly compressed with a different file extension as under:

Members may note that the new files, when unzipped, will have same file name and file format as available currently. For the convenience of members, the Exchange shall provide these files with both old & new extension type on the extranet server upto Friday, August 4, 2006. Thereafter, i.e. from August 7, 2006, Exchange will download the files as per the new extension only.

It is once again reiterated that on daily basis members are required to download aforesaid files and update their local database (for NEAT/NEATPlus/Non-Neat front end).
